07-12-2008: A Baraat and Engagement

We were roped in for a Baraat and an engagement party by two different clients. Both were about 15 min apart distance wise, so we took it up.

This family knows how to really party. The guy is jewish and the girl is of south indian origin and they had a traditional Punjabi baraat. How 'bout that huh!! That was awesome. DJ Vinny and Shawn hit it in sync for the baraat and had the girls dancing all along.



Soon after that we rushed to the country club for the engagement ceremony. The engagement ceremony went through the usual drill with a rocking dance floor. One item that is worth a mention is the participation of BollyFit. Led by Anuja of BollyFit, a group of 3 girls performed Indian Bollywood dances in the most awesome workout and fun fashion.

The girls educated the audience on how important it is to take time to loosen up and keep fit. What more can help than our own favorite Bollywood music?
